I got to spend a few ‘mindful’ hours at a spot I hadn’t visited for a few years last week. It was nice to just put a circle around my time and fully involve myself in discovering what wildlife was about, observing it and getting a few photos
This year I want to incorporate the knowledge and skills I’ve learnt from training in mindfulness into my wildlife photography to see what results I get. I’m not aiming for any particular outcome so it’ll be interesting to see what happens as a result!
